At Anocin Laboratories, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided return slip to ensure your request is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
